18 Years and Over (Adult, Master 1, Master 2 & Master 3+)

WEIGHT CATEGORIES
Over 18s will be divided by the weight categories shown below.
The weight categories correspond to the maximum weight
permitted in each division.

Males will also be sub-divided into the following age brackets:

Adult - 18-29 years  |  Master 1 - 30-35 years  |  Master 2 - 36-40 years  |  Master 3+ - 41 yeas and above

Female:

Adults Only

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We cannot guarantee that the division in which your child is registered will have competitors on the day of the event. If your child has at least one other competitor in his/her division, the category will run. If your child has no suitable opponent once registration closes, you will be offered a refund.

Where possible, all competitors will fight in their own belt, age and weight division. Competitors may be invited to move up a weight category but will not normally be permitted to move up to a higher belt category. Depending on the number of competitors, White and Grey belt categories, and Orange and Green belt categories may be merged.

Matches may start 30 minutes in advance. We recommend all athletes are at the venue at least 1 hour before the time assigned for his/her division on the timed schedule.
The official weight measurements of this event is in KILOGRAMS.

Athletes who place in 1st, 2nd and 3rd (2nd x 3rd place if sufficient athletes in the category) in their division will receive a medal . All medals should be picked up at the event's podium.

There will be team trophies for this event.

Any false information provided during registration such as, but not limited to, DOB, may lead to immediate disqualification.

We will try to accommodate as many athletes as possible in our events.

British Open Team reserves the right to close registration when we reach full capacity, or on the day of the appointed event registration deadline, whichever comes first.

We strongly suggest that athlete registration is confirmed before making any travel arrangements.

Refund Policy:
The registration fee is non-refundable.
